I've always loved everything about food, but I struggled eating a balance of foods that my body needs to function at it's optimal. It was either super clean eating or all the "soul foods" with no in between.  Everything changed when I realised that I will be eating for the rest of my life so why waste time being restrictive and missing out of my favourite foods. I could incorporate the "soul foods"  in my diet along with the food that my body needs and I found a perfect balance for me! This inspired me to study further into this industry, Nutrition and make a career out of coaching others to the same freedom I feel and helping them achieve the best version of themselves, whatever that looks like for them!
